Returns Policy

South East Bus Supplies Limited operate a returns policy to ensure that if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is unwanted, we are able to offer you a period of time and condition in which we will refund the total amount of your purchase. Please see below our requirements however before we can approve a return:
 

  • The item must be returned within 21 days of customer receipt. If it is any longer than this period, we are unable to provide you with a refund.
  • The item must be in the exact same condition as it was dispatched in. Any damages caused to the item will disqualify the item from being returned. Any consumables must not be open/unwrapped and all items with tags must not be removed.
  • Any repairs that may need to be performed on your item can be provided by our team, however additional charges will apply.
  • We will not cover the cost of postage to return your item unless it is for a reason that is of our wrong doing. Should it be simply a change of mind, or a wrong item you have purchased, you will need to pay for the return delivery.

 
We reserve the right to return, repair, replace or credit the parts at our discretion. All decisions will be made by the Management.
